Hi. We’re Joel and Baylee Woods, the husband-and-wife team behind JB Woods Solutions.

We started this business with a pretty simple idea in mind: we wanted to be the company we’d want to call when something goes wrong. A company where you can reach a real person without fighting your way through an automated answering system, get help without waiting two weeks for an appointment, and trust that the job will be done right the first time.

Joel takes care of the hands-on side of business and brings with him decades of professional experience with garage doors, plumbing, and home repairs. I handle the communication, scheduling, paperwork and everything else that keeps the wheels turning. Between the two of us, we work hard to make the entire process simple and stress-free, from the first phone call to the finished job.

We’re not a big company, or a large corporation. We don’t ever intend to be. But, we DO strive every day to be the kind of company we’d want to deal with if it was our home, our time, and our money.
